Ken Padilla - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER | FOUNDER
Ken Padilla is the Chief Executive Officer, founder, and a principal owner of Blue Line Security Group; a security services company located on Long Island. Ken an Active Law Enforcement Officer is currently assigned to the Detective Squad with over 28 years’ experience. During his career, he has received considerable training in multiple policing techniques which include Identification Procedures, Interview and Interrogation Techniques, Response to Active Shooter Training through the Bureau of Special Operations, Identity Theft, Narcotics Investigations and Vehicular Theft. Ken has also received numerous awards within the police department for excellence of service.
Since the company’s inception Ken has developed and executed a successful financial business plan that has enabled the company to achieve tremendous growth here in New York. His operational planning has put Blue Line Security in a position to successfully manage the demand and cost in the current economic environment. As CEO, Ken believes that having a strong executive leadership team that interacts directly with its clients is the key to a successful partnership.
