Summary
We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Mobile Security Guard to join our team. You will be responsible for patrolling various locations, ensuring the safety and security of properties, assets, and individuals. This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to respond quickly to incidents, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

Patrol and Monitor: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, including buildings, parking lots, and perimeter areas, using a company vehicle.

Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action to resolve issues and prevent further occurrences.

Access Control: Monitor and control access to sites, ensuring only authorized personnel are allowed entry. Check identification and credentials as necessary.

Report Writing: Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken during patrols in detailed reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Surveillance: Utilize surveillance equipment to monitor and record activity in and around assigned areas.

Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, employees, and the public, providing assistance and information as needed.

Safety Checks: Conduct routine safety checks, including inspecting doors, windows, and other entry points to ensure they are secure.

Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the security vehicle is well-maintained, fueled, and in good working condition.

Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to security operations.
Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.

Licensing: Must possess a valid security guard license and a clean driving record. A driver’s license is required.

Skills: Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods and respond quickly to emergencies.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Technology: Familiarity with security equipment, such as surveillance cameras and alarm systems, is a plus.
